The Broadband Brokers are a boutique internet and telephone services reseller. We source our services from a number of wholesalers and resell them with added personal service.
Telecommunications is a complicated business. Sometimes there are inevitable delays in the provisioning and restoration of services. We try to minimise any delays but some factors are outside our control.
What we can control however is our billing process. If we are not supplying the service you expect, we will generally not charge you or arrange appropriate credits as compensation, while we work on rectifying the issue with our suppliers.
