These are SIM Only plans, meaning that we provide a SIM card for your existing unlocked modem.

We do not provide a modem with these plans.

The mobile product of The Broadband Brokers provides a mobile coverage footprint
of 98.8% of the Australian population, covering 97.9% with 4G and at least 75% with 5G.

Unused data at the end of the month is banked and available for use if your data usage exceeds your allowance in future months.

Data can be banked up to a maximum of 500GB.

If you downgrade your plan, the data banked will be forfeited.

5G requires a 5G enabled plan and compatible device. 5G speed caps apply.

Download speeds on plans under 100GB per month are capped to 100Mbps. Download speeds on plans over 100GB per month are capped to 250Mbps. These are the maximum potential download speeds.

Typical speeds may often be slower and will vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.

An eSIM is an industry-standard digital SIM that allows you to activate a mobile plan without having to use a physical SIM.

We can provide an eSIM if you require it, just select that option on the order form.
